I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The breakfast was perfect with a variety of different choices. The staff were attentive and helpful, making me feel at home. The location of the hotel is great, with easy access to the city center and close to popular places. The outside view from the hotel is fine, especially while sitting in the outdoor restaurant.

Good Upon entering this hotel, I was greeted with a grand atmosphere and a warm welcome from the staff. the room was luxurious and spacious, with exclusive amenities such as a Jacuzzi that left me feeling pampered. the full body massage I received at the on-site spa was exceptional, leaving me feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the in-room breakfast was delicious and satisfying.
Cons the only minor issue I experienced at this venue was with the restaurant. While the food was delicious, the special diet menu options were limited.

Efficient assistance with lunch reservation and other requests. Luxurious with all necessary facilities. Excellent concierge service, providing advice and assistance. Beautifully presented and delicious cocktails. a rich history carried off with pride. Clean and well-prepared rooms with good amenities and food.

During my recent stay at a charming hotel in Zurich, I had the pleasure of experiencing a lovely lunch in the elegant Hall. The service provided by a good young lady named Sara was really good, as she effortlessly anticipated our desires and made our lunch one of the finest we've ever had. The hotel itself was a sight to behold, with beautiful grounds and spacious, well-appointed rooms. The location was superb, and the delicious food only added to the overall wonderful experience. I am already looking forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this hotel.
